  • Nelson Circuit Court indictments from April 4

    The following people have been indicted by a Nelson County grand jury and had arraignments set for April 19.

    John Richard Edelen IV, 39, of Springfield, second-degree escape. On or about Jan. 29, Edelen failed to return to the Nelson County Jail while on work release. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
