    Notice is hereby given that Paul Mouser of 425 Big Lick Hollow Road, New Haven, Ky. 40051, has filed an application with the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet to remove a portion of an existing dam within the channel area of Cane Run Creek and replace with swinging Cattle gates that will allow stream run-off to pass through the structure. The site is approximately 3/4 of a mile east of Howardstown Rd. up Big Lick Hollow Rd., then approx. 700’ south on Cane Run Creek.
