  • Cooke-Eagle

    Nichole Elizabeth Cooke and Eric Wayne Eagle, both of Henderson, were married Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, at First Baptist Church, Bowling Green.
    The bride is the daughter of Charles and Karen Cooke, Bardstown. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a double major in Dental Hygiene and Health Sciences.
    The groom is the son of Richard and Krista Eagle, Madisonville. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a major in Corporate and Organizational Communications.
    Brandon Shanks officiated the ceremony.

  • Guerra-Cundiff

    Janie Guerra, Mount Ida, Ark., and Jason Cundiff, Bardstown, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
    The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Terry Guerra, Mount Ida, Ark. She is a 2003 graduate of West Valley High School, Fairbanks, Alaska, and attended Ouachita Baptist University studying music education.
    The groom-elect is the son of Kevin and Carolyn Cundiff, Bardstown, He is a 1999 graduate of Bardstown High School and 2005 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a BA in history.

    Whitney and Craig Werner, Bloomfield, announce the birth of a son, Joseph Cole, Nov. 16, 2010, at Baptist Hospital East, Louisville. He weighed 5 pounds, 15.1 ounces and was 19 inches long.
    Maternal grandparents are Sandy and Joe Hardin, Bloomfield.
    Paternal grandparents are Connie and Joe Werner, Bardstown. Great-grandparents are Inelle and Albertus Mattingly, the late Elizabeth and Randall Hardin, Gladys Simpson and the late Marshall Simpson and Elizabeth Werner and the late James Robert Werner.

    Aaron and Shanna Hunt, New Haven, announce the birth of a son, Colton Robert, Oct. 26, 2010, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20-3/4 inches long.
    Maternal grandparents are Mark and Tonya McDonald, Bradenton, Fla.
    Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Denise Hunt, Leitchfield. Great grandparents are Mary Thurmond, Henderson, and Ted and Rose Ann McDonald, Louisville.
    The baby was welcomed home by a sister, Brooklyn Marie, 1.
