Charles Justin Johnson, 29, failure to appear and probation violation for felony offense (both 2012 criminal case).

Derek Craig Cook, 34, fourth-degree assault.

Erin Luke Linton, 19, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and tampering with physical evidence.

Cory Dwayne Fogle, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, third-degree assault of a police or probation officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than or equal to two grams meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than or equal to two grams heroin), first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, no registration plates, failure to notify address change to department of transportation, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance or security.

Cory Scott Cummings, 25, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Cesar Alberto Orellana-Sanchez, 33, alcohol intoxication in a public place and first-degree criminal trespassing.
