Sarah Carolyn Marxen, 30, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of synthetic drugs, tampering with physical evidence (all 2018 criminal case, previously indicted).

Thomas Eugene Yocum, 43, disregarding a traffic light, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, failure to comply with helmet laws over the age of 21, no motorcycle operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon (all 2018 criminal case, previously indicted).

Leslie Nicole Burkhead, 32, prescription controlled substance not in a proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in marijuana eight ounces to less than five pounds, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance less than two grams of meth and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, less than or equal to 120 drug units of a drug unspecified (all 2018 criminal case, previously indicted).

Cory Dwayne Fogle, 38, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, failure to notify change of address to department of transportation, third-degree assault of a police officer, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance less than two grams of meth, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree persistent felony offender (all 2018 criminal case, previously indicted).

Sandra J. Conn, 40, careless driving and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Kori Dalayne Houghlin, 20, bench warrant served for court (two 2017 criminal cases).

Samuel Zachary Neal, 33, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ashley Brooke Bronnbauer, 38, failure to appear (2018 misdemeanor case).

Kayla Janiece Barber, 29, failure to appear (2017 traffic case).

Mario Alberto Solorzano Jaramillo, 46, reckless driving, no operator’s/moped license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. (aggravated circumstance).

Joshua Lee Scott, 34, probation violation for technical violation.

Joseph Lee Lawson, 27, two counts of failure to appear (2014 and 2017 cases), fugitive from another state, receiving stolen property under $500 and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Ashley June Lanham, 29, no operator’s/moped licenses and failure to maintain required insurance or security (both 2017 traffic case) and bench warrant served for court (2018 misdemeanor case).

James Brennen Lundy, 19, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit and operating on a DUI.

Laura Hutchinson, 47, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Patrick Corey Lewis, 24, bench warrant served for court.

Steven Allen Ballard, 22, failure to appear (2018 traffic case) and first-degree criminal mischief.

Ronnie Allen Hardin, 37, failure to appear (2018 felony case).

James Earl Dishon, 44, fourth-degree assault.

Dustin Adam Meade, 31, theft by unlawful taking or disposition — purse snatching $500 or more but under $10,000.
