Cody Gene Kid, 20, enhancement of trafficking in marijuana eight ounces to less than five pounds, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

William H. Mattingly, 20, contempt of court.

Austin Blake Aldridge, 19, failure to appear, two counts non-payment of fines (2017), failure to appear (2017 Marion District).

Donald T. Wilson, 40, non-payment of fines.

Seidah M. Montgomery, 37, violation of conditions of release, two counts non-payment of fines (2016).

Jeffery Scott Martin, 37, operating motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, no brake lights (passenger vehicle).

Michael Allen Lowery, 27, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ashley Lynn Poirier, 32, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, license to be in possession, speeding, improper registration plate, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security.

Ethan Alan Coulter, 26, non-payment of fines, (2016).

Joshua Wade Steele, 30, failure to appear.

Joseph W. Hamilton, 39, first-degree riot, and first-degree persistent felony offender, third-degree terroristic threatening, menacing, three counts probation violation, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (all 2017).

William R. Clark, 40, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle) reckless driving.

Max Kellond Schmidt, 20, driving on a DUI-suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, display/possession of cancelled/fictitious operator’s license, speeding.

John Robert Gray, 34, violation of conditions of release (2017).
