I can still remember the presidential physical fitness test at St. Joe’s Elementary, and how I looked forward to the pull-up section of the test.

Being the scrawny kid that I was, it was very easy to move so little weight. So, naturally, I liked it because I was good. Ever since this test I have always embraced this simple body weight exercise. However, the payoff this simple exercise offers is tremendous and should be a staple exercise for everyone wanting a healthier lifestyle and better body.
