Bow hunting Christmas weekend

-A A +A

Straight Arrow

By Gene Culver

Any chance of getting to bow hunt over the Christmas weekend didn’t look or sound very good when I left work at noon on Friday; it was starting to rain and the forecast was for a lot of rain over the next couple of days.

Saturday, with the rain falling all day, I got several things done at the archery shop, and I also found enough time to take several shots with my bow, not just because I enjoy shooting but because I needed the practice to help me with my form and my shot sequence, when and if I got the chance to go bow hunting.
