New Albany, Ind. — Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc. reported third quarter net income available to common shareholders of $1.8 million and earnings per diluted common share of $0.53. Net income available to common shareholders for the first nine months of 2012 was $5.1 million, an increase of 15.2 percent as compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2011.

BARDSTOWN, Ky. – The historic Willett Distillery has joined the ranks of the Kentucky Distillers’ Association, the Commonwealth’s foremost voice on spirits issues for more than 130 years.

“We are extremely impressed with the tremendous work that Even Kulsveen and his family have undertaken to restore this remarkable distillery,” said Jeff Conder, Chairman of the KDA Board of Directors and Vice President, Global Supply Chain, for Beam, Inc.

Friday’s 2012 Chamber Business Expo offers the community the chance to appreciate and see all the great businesses in Nelson County and the chance of winning door prizes all day long said Dorothy White, executive director of the Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce.

The expo is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
