After several months of mediation, a judge has dismissed a restraining order preventing the demolition of Anatok, the historic building located behind Bethlehem High School.

On Wednesday, Nelson County Circuit Court Judge John David Seay dismissed the restraining order with prejudice, meaning none of the parties can file a claim again in the case and the lawsuit is dropped.
