FOOTBALL: TNHS fades in 4th

FRANKFORT — Thomas Nelson battled host Frankfort for three quarters in a tight defensive game, finding itself down just 13-6 heading into the final period.

But in the fourth, it all fell apart for the Generals, as the Panthers turned a turnover into points, then added on a pair of long rushing scores to pull away for a 35-20 win.

“We just didn’t have the same fight late as we did early,” Thomas Nelson coach Kyle Boblitt said. “Hopefully we’ll learn and grow from it.”
