Bethlehem senior Kirsten Crepps (20) ran 39th in the girls' Class 1A State Cross Country Championships Saturday at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, helping the Banshees to an 18th-place result in the team's first state trip. Crepps signed last week to run for Lindsey Wilson.
COLLEGE SPORTS: Crepps’ college path a surprising one

Kirsten Crepps thought she might get a chance to continue her athletic career in college.

After all, she’d been starting on the Bethlehem softball team since she was a middle-schooler, and was one of the top players in the region as a junior last season, and was gearing up for a big senior campaign. And she also had an eye on the military as well.
