    Kimberly and Pat Hagan, New Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Breanna Leigh, Nov. 16, 2010, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long.

    Maternal grandparents are Janie and Scott Stoke, Louisville. Paternal grandparents are Bernie and Nellie Boone, Howardstown. Great-grandparent is Pat Maupin.

     The baby was welcomed home by a brother, Conner, 2.

    Carla and Chris Couch, Bardstown, announce the birth of a son, Colt Christopher, Jan. 19, 2011, at Baptist Hospital East, Louisville. He weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long.

    Maternal grandparents are Sharon and Tony Gies, Cox’s Creek. Paternal grandparents are Ralph and Brenda Couch, Mount Washington. Great-grandparents are Theresa Gies, Nazareth and Trulaverne Couch, Mount Washington.

    The bride is the daughter of Hayward and Thelma Logsdon, Clarkson.
    The groom is the son of C. Marcus and Jean Harrison, Bardstown.
    Brother Charles Larry Bell officiated the ceremony.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father.
    The maid-of-honor was Dana Reynolds.
    Bridesmaids were Lori Haley, Lisa VanMeter and Kate Duplessis.
    The flower girl was Tori Duplessis.

    The bride is the daughter of Anthony and Carolyn Goodman, Bardstown.
    She has a BA from Eastern Kentucky University and is employed by Farm Credit Services of Mid-America.
    The groom is the son of Mike and Mary Ann Jones, Springfield. He has a BA from Georgetown College and is employed by Newcomb Oil.

    The bride is the daughter of Gene and Theresa Cammack, Bardstown.
    The groom is the son of Sherry and Tony Mathews, Louisville, and the late Gene Harrison.

    The bride has an MBA and is employed by Emergint Technologies, Louisville. She is the daughter of Renita and Jeffrey Murphy and Greg White, Louisville,
    The groom is the son of Danny and Gayle Fenwick, Springfield. He is employed at Barton Distillery, Bardstown.
    The couple honeymooned in Cozumel, Mexico, and Savannah, Ga.
    They are making their home in Louisville.

    Paternal grandparents are Toye Ann Kimbleton and the late James David Kimbleton.
    The baby was welcomed home by a sister, Jacey Lynn, 2.

  • Anniversary-Ferguson

    Brother Isaac and Peggy Ferguson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Jan. 21. They were married in the mansion of the Honorable Freeman Carothers and his wife, Mary, with Mr. Carothers performing the ceremony.
    Brother Ferguson has a radio ministry, Holy Hills, in Bardstown airing on WBRT on Sundays. Peggy Ferguson, the former Peggy Jean Kappel, Lebanon Junction, is employed by the Bardstown Independent School System in the after-school care program.
