July 20th’s killing spree at a movie theater in Aurora, Colo., proves that we never know who is sitting next to us or even who we will encounter in our busy lives.  Unlike school or work place shootings, where the victims may have at least heard of the killer, James Holmes chose to kill unknown people because apparently he thought he was a comic book character.
