Women's Club Hosts Student Art Contest Winners

The Bardstown Women's Club will host the winners of the Student Art Contest on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Nelson County Public Library.  Please join us at this reception to honor these outstanding young people and to view their artistic creations.  Participants in the Student Art Contest are from Nelson County High School, Bardstown High and Bethlehem High.  Each participant was asked to submit their original artwork for judging in several mediums and their work was judged by local artists.  The first, second and third place winners in each of the six mediums selected along with their teachers and mentors will be on hand to to discuss their work.  All are welcome to attend.  For more information, contact Martha A Nest, Bardstown Women's Club President at 349-0471.
