WEDDING:Pennington-Johnson

Hannah Pennington, of Bloomfield, and Thomas Johnson, of Shelbyville, were married at 2 p.m. Dec. 3, 2016, at Willisburg Church of God.

The bride is the daughter of Tim And Pam Pennington, of Bloomfield.

The groom is the son of Jamie and Mary Beth Johnson, of Shelbyville.

The Rev. Terry Burkhead officiated the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a white strapless gown, accented with beaded lace with a long ruffled train, and a elegant lace up back along with a elbow length veil with beaded embroidery.

She carried a bouquet of blue, silver and white roses created by her mother.

The maid of honor was Loren Greenwell, sister of the bride, of Chaplin.

She wore an ice blue, full-length strapless chiffon dress adorned with a dazzling sash.

Bridesmaids were Neriah Wayne, of Louisville, Kasey Baker, cousin of the bride, of Willisburg, Ashley Shake, cousin of the bride, of Chaplin, Kimberly Spalding, cousin of the bride, of Springfield, Kayla Barr, cousin of the bride, of Springfield, Samantha Johnson, sister of the groom, of Shelbyville, and Michaela Grilley, of Shelbyville.

They wore ice blue, full-length strapless chiffon dresses adorned with a dazzling sash.

The best men were Nick Everly, of Frankfort, and Steven Gidney, of Fort Hood, Texas.

Groomsmen were Jeremy McNutt, Reuben Friesen, Chuck Landers and Logan Johnson, all of Shelbyville, and Timmy Smith, cousin of the groom, and Ryan Everly, both of Frankfort.

Ushers were Logan Humes, cousin of the bride, of Willisburg, and Brad Pennington, cousin of the bride, of Loretto.

The reception was held at the Bishop Event Center in Bloomfield.

The couple honeymooned in Branson, Mo.

They are making their home in Chaplin.
