Vickie Marie Ballard Monin, 51, Bardstown, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2012 at her residence.  She was born Feb. 26, 1960, in Nelson County, was a 1978 graduate of Bardstown High School and was a lifelong homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Edwin Monin, Jr., her parents, Donnie and Bernice Ballard; and her father- in-law, Sonny Monin.
