To the editor:

The fourth-grade teachers and students at Bardstown Elementary School would like to thank the following parents for making our Career Day a great success: Tony Culver, engineer with B.G. Machines, Laura Escher-Howell, DMD, Dr. John Anderson, surgeon at Flaget Hospital, Stephanie Hart, dental hygienist with Bardstown Family Dentistry, Roy Lopez, owner/manager of El Jimador, and Raquel Rouse, Health Inspector from Hardin County Health Department. Each classroom was introduced to a variety of careers. The students learned important information of how teamwork and responsibility can help influence their career goals.
