St. Catharine College goes on the auction block

St. Catharine College is going on the auction block, though it may already have its highest bidder.

According to documents filed in federal court last week, SCC’s receiver, L.S. Associates, LLC, was granted a request to approve sale procedures and bidding protections in connection with the sale of SCC’s remaining assets.

L.S. Associates will be taking bids on the property, though it was already offered a sum of money by the Runchero Corporation, Inc., in Shelbyville.
