To the editor:

While reading the article in which Mike Abell talked about Bardstown’s taxes, I noticed that he said a family of four, with only one income,  paid $200 per month for medical insurance. I would very much like to know where you can get insurance for that price. We are a family of only my husband and myself and we pay more than $400 per month and have a $2,000 deductible EACH! This totals our out-of- pocket expense to a whopping $8,800 per year! That’s quite a large chunk of money and makes it difficult to make other monthly obligations. So we, along with many others, I’m sure, would like to know from which insurance company he quoted that price.
