Chef Mike Jones, center, shares the secrets for making delicious fish tacos with the cafeteria staff at Thomas Nelson High School on Oct. 20. With him are cafeteria staff members, from left, Kristen Hunley, Emily Shelburne, Terry McKenna, Sherry Willett and Amanda Lichtsteiner. Jones is visiting many school districts across Kentucky, working on behalf of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture through grant funding. His next stop was Nelson County High School for a week and a half. After that he planned to visit some Nelson County middle and elementary schools.
