The 10th annual Bourbon City Street Concert took over North Third Street Saturday night. In the past the concert attracted as many as 3,000 concertgoers and Anne Ballard, director of downtown development, said she expected about the same. James Dean Hicks, Andrew Scott Newton, Dig It, Big Black Cadillac and 64 West performed while the street filled up with locals and visitors. Joyce Wilkin, Louisville, and Lewis Barlow, Frankfort, take a moment to enjoy each other’s company during the concert.

A crowd filled the street as the show kicked off.
