More copper thefts

The damage total was just in Tuesday when copper thieves struck again in a move similar to a June 28 theft that resulted in 1,200 homes and businesses losing power.
The most recent theft was reported Tuesday afternoon from a Nelson County East Kentucky Power substation, located near Highway 1066 and Highway 1058, about nine miles from the last incident.
