In celebration of Black History Month Kentucky Chautauqua presents Robert Bell as the Rev. Newton Bush in a Lecture, Luncheon and Chautauqua Performance 11 a.m. Feb. 24 at My Old Kentucky Home State Park. Pen Bogert will share his research findings on the “Enslaved African Americans at Federal Hill Plantation.”
