Job fair looks to pair employers with employees

The unemployment rate in Kentucky dropped to 9.1 percent in December from the reported10.4 percent in January from the Department of Labor.

Despite the improvement, companies in the surrounding area experience difficulties filling available positions. The Nelson County Job fair on Thursday will be an opportunity for job seekers and prospective employers to meet one-on-one.
