Morgan Denise Quire, 21, non-payment of fines.

Jose Emmanuel Ramos, 40, theft of a controlled substance.

Richard Wayne Walker, 45, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure of operator to provide security covering motor vehicle

Timothy R. Richardson, 29, receiving stolen property, complicity to receiving stolen property, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, complicity to drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender

Stephanie L. Hodges, 30, forgery, second degree.
