Jail logs March 15-18, 2013

Samuel Lee Rickert, 26, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, resisting arrest, reckless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Beau Brandon Staten, 25, assault, fourth degree, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

David Lee Burkhead, 41, alcohol intoxication.

Leonard Wayne Phillips, 54, disorderly conduct.

James Patrick Geoghegan, 29, theft by unlawful taking or disposition/shoplifting.

Brittany Renee Price, 21, contempt of court, failure to appear.

William Romine, 43, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Michael Sean Gritton, 26, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Jerome Ray Crowe, 32, assault fourth degree.

Billy Ray Smith, 59, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Charles Lesley Sims, 24, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to wear a seat belt.

Susanne Louise Padgett, 36, assault fourth degree.

Joshua Dwain Whitson, 29, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
