Editor's note: The information below is a compiled list of daily booking logs from the Nelson County Jail. These are only a record of arrests. All individuals arrested are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law. The bookings state the person(s) arrested and the charge(s) against them. This information is public record.  The Kentucky Standard believes the public has a right to know who has been arrested by local officials and lodged in the Nelson County Jail.

Jail logs March 14-15

Troy L. Collins, 41, fleeing or evading arrest, contempt of court, two counts of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, prescription medicine not in original container, parole violation, carrying a concealed weapon.

Scott D. Deopere, 34, failure to appear.

David. A. Hood, 42, contempt of court.

Melissa A. Hardin, 23, fourth-degree assault.

Erick I. Apoliner, 20, no operators license, speeding, failure to produce insurance.

Samuel L. Rickert, 26, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, resisting arrest, reckless driving, possession of an open container.
