All individuals arrested are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law. The bookings state the person(s) arrested and the charge(s) against them. Tiffiny R. Cook, 26, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of an open container, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, resisting arrest.

John W. Phillips, 31, trafficking in controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of drug paraphernalia, parole violation.

Mary A. Taylor, 34, contempt of court.

Alana L. Stivers, 23, failure to appear.

Georgia J. Yamasaki, 68, contempt of court.
