James K. Browning, 49, second-degree assault.

Jesse B. Wychulis, 29, non-payment of fines.

Joseph Roger Miles, 46, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, contempt of court/libel/slander/resistance to order.

Daniel G. Wilson, 40, flagrant non-support.

Heaven N. Barnes, 22, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, failure to appear.

Ramie Dean Palmerton, 33, resident fishing without a license/permit.

Johnathan L. Fulkerson, 32 failure to appear.

Benita E. Festervan, 31, two counts of non-payment of fines, five counts of failure to appear.

Christopher L. Healey, 33, first-degree possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, non-payment of fines.
