Amy Tipton, 33, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription medicine not in its original container.

John Brothers, 35, possession of controlled substance, complicity to possession of a controlled substance, two counts of drug paraphernalia, two counts of complicity to possession of drug paraphernalia.
