Wesley Hornback, 25, fourth-degree assault, alcohol intoxication, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct.

Timothy Mitchell, 46, operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Troy Quist, 28, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fernando Sandoval, 23, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to provide insurance.
