PUBLIC HEARINGS CONCERNING SOME 50 PLUS ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED JUST EAST OF THE MAYWOOD SUBDIVISION LAST EVENING DREW ABOUT 100 PEOPLE.

SALT RIVER ELECTRIC IS IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING CHECKS TO MEMBERS AS PART OF THEIR OPERATION REFLECTING A GOOD FINANCIAL YEAR FOR 2007.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD SATURDAY FOR JOHN BRANTLEY STEPHENS, A 67 YEAR OLD SPRINGFIELD ROAD MAN WHOSE BODY WAS FOUND YESTERDAY IN THE BEECHFORK RIVER NEAR THE HIGHWAY 49 BRIDGE.
