Four arrested in Friday drug bust

Two reported overdoses in three days prompted search

Four people were arrested Friday on drug charges after detectives executed a search warrant at 950 Hubbards Lane in Bardstown.

According to a press release from Bardstown Police, law enforcement and EMS had responded to two suspected drug overdoses at the home within the last three days.

Detectives from the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force, Nelson County Sheriff’s Office and Bardstown Police Department conducted a search of the home Friday.

Crystal methamphetamine, heroin, several types of scheduled narcotic pills and marijuana were seized.

Miranda Ragg, 29, Clark Spalding, 43, Jessica Danner, 29, and David Bryant, 31, were arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

More charges could be possible as the investigation continues.
