Fiscal Court moves ahead with lawsuit

Nelson County Fiscal Court authorized the county attorney to file suit against Kleinholter Construction –Louisville Tuesday, after the contractor failed to complete the new Nelson County Senior Citizens center earlier this year.

“There is a conflict with what he provided and what the subcontractors are saying they should be paid,” said Brad Spalding, county project engineer for the Senior Center.
