Economy problems are result of voter apathy

On Oct. 8, 2008, all the discussion was the AIG execs’ trip to the spa. When the President first announced that he wanted us to bail out several lending institutions and add an additional $700 billion to the debt, immediately the conservatives were blaming the liberals and the liberals were blaming the conservatives; the Republicans were blaming the Democrats and the Democrats were blaming the Republicans. The majority was blaming the minorities, and the minorities were blaming the majority. And, of course, Rush was blaming Clinton.
