Charges including fourth-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment have been dismissed without prejudice in a case involving two Bloomfield men who had previously been accused in November.
Troy Foster and Ronnie Inghram, both 43, had been arrested in November when a woman claimed to have been held in an apartment and assaulted. The imprisonment charge was dismissed in January and the cases against the men were lowered to misdemeanor cases to be reviewed in district court.
On April 5, after testimony had been sought from the alleged victim, the remaining assault charges were also dismissed without prejudice by the county attorney.
