BLUEGRASS SPEEDWAY: O'Neal captures Bluegrass Classic

Don O’Neal is making a habit of big performances at Bluegrass Speedway, and Saturday’s 11th-annual Bluegrass Classic was no exception as the Martinsville, Ind., native captured his second consecutive and third overall win in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event.

The Bluegrass Classic, at 50 laps for $10,000-to-win, is Bluegrass Speedway’s signature event.

Other feature event winners for the evening included Avral Thompson, Loretto, in Clayton Homes UMP Sportsman and Mike Bailey, Clarksville, Ind., in UMP Street Stocks.
