Bardstown residents indicted for child abuse

Two Bardstown residents are being accused of allegedly torturing and inflicting cruel punishment on a child 12 years old or younger.

Qulandra J. Turner, 28, and Ronald Edward Bradley Jr., 30, were indicted Nov. 17 in Nelson Circuit Court on two counts of first-degree criminal abuse and two counts of complicity to the same. The indictment alleges the incidents occurred sometime between Sept. 15 and Sept. 28.
